RFPs describe projects in detail and invite vendors to bid. Bids are documents carefully written and compiled by owners, project managers, bid writers, and subject matter experts. A client must define the scope and what they want from bidders. Bidders must process the information in the RFP and craft appropriate responses. All this begs for the helping hand of generative AI.
